Everything was exceptional. The water bungalows are very spacious and perfectly laid out. The staff are professional and very friendly.

Loved everything on the island. The a la carte restaurant is good but not enough variety for more than 2 days. Rather try the buffets - exceptional quality food and variety.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The amount of fish just a short swim outside was great. Privacy was awesome also.

I felt like the waiters were just bored with their jobs. Like I was inconveniencing him to ask for meals. It was odd. That someone would hate their job that much at this place.

Me gustó todo. Es un resort pero conserva toda la esencia de una isla. Fuimos en familia (dos adultos y una niña). La comida es una pasada. Tienen buffet pero la mayoría te la hacen al momento. La zona de la playa es espectacular y la piscina increíble (siempre calentita). El personal espectacular muy servicial y agradable. Hicimos snorkel por primera vez y la chica que nos acompañó fue de 10. Cuido en todo momento a nuestra hija y la animo a que no abandonara la excursión. Nos gusto muchisimo.

We stayed in water villa which had a beautiful view. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the snorkelling as we saw plenty of sharks, rays, turtles and fish. The snorkelling was the highlight. The waiters were attentive and friendly. We loved being able to eat in the Scenic restaurant every night since we were staying in the water bungalow. Christmas Eve was great celebrated with the staff singing Christmas carols followed by a gala dinner with a huge buffet. We loved being able to watch the sharks swimming every night by the jetty.

Our water bungalow had no sun on our balcony and each bungalow didn’t have their own set of stairs into the water. We booked the dolphin experience which was expensive and we saw absolutely nothing which was a shame. We appreciate you can’t guarantee seeing the dolphins in their natural habitat but we could have been given the opportunity to go for free the next day. I then saw the dolphins for free on the speed boat back to the airport.

Vacanza magnifica Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’ellaidhoo by cinnamon per 10 giorni. Dall’arrivo in aeroporto siamo stati trattati con tutti i riguardi. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto aspettare 3 ore per la speedboat perché un altro gruppo di ospiti aveva il volo di arrivo in ritardo. Nonostante questo ci è stato fornito accesso gratuito alla Lounge affiliata in aeroporto, dove oltre a cibo Wi-Fi e aria condizionata si può anche fare la doccia! Una volta arrivati sull’isola la water villa ha soddisfatto le aspettative: pulita, ordinata, vista sul tramonto e molto spaziosa. Nel complesso l’isola e’ tenuta con grande cura, tutto lo staff e’ gentile e mai insistente. Gentilissimi anche i cuochi tra cui Vipula e Singh che ci hanno davvero coccolato. Il cibo e’ vario e buono; ci sono due ristoranti, il primo “a là carte” nei pressi della piscina - incluso per chi alloggia nelle water villa -, dove la qualità è ottima ma le porzioni sono più contenute. Il secondo e’ dietro la reception ed è buffet, con serate a tema e piatti sempre diversi. Per quanto riguarda il diving, nonostante alcune recensioni precedenti non troppo positive, mi sento di smentirle e affermare che tutto lo staff è stato disponibile, cordiale e assolutamente preparato (Arif, Galia e Mohammed). La mia ragazza ha preso la certificazione Advanced e gli istruttori sono stati molto attenti e zelanti. Il reef dell’isola è molto vario, ma anche le gite in barca sono meritevoli del tempo speso. Abbiamo provato anche i massaggi balinesi di coppia con le massaggiatrici Valen e Desak, molto gentili e professionali. Al ritorno, partenza alle 14 con speedboat (ultima della giornata) con aereo alle 21. Scesi dalla barca veniamo avvicinati da un signore dell’aeroporto che cerca di venderci la permanenza in Lounge per circa 50€ a testa. Torniamo quindi al desk dell’hotel in aeroporto (E3) che ci concede gentilmente ed a loro spese la permanenza per circa 3 ore nella stessa lounge dell’arrivo. Molto apprezzato!

Orari troppi ridotti per le navette di andata e ritorno

Amazing resort for snorkeling and diving lovers. You can snorkel all around island and access the water directly from the bungalow. The house coral with amazing marine life ( turtles, sharks, many different fishes…)lovely staff, great food and very relaxing vibes in resort. The resort is well equipped with multiple tennis courts and the gym.
