Walls are paperthin, smell is like a week old camambert on the desk in our room :( When I booked Restaurant and swimmimg pool was a big advantage, when we arrived we realised that the resto is closed for a while, pool has not been worked for years :( Couple of years ago it might be an acceptable option when it was a Novotel, but today it is a big disappointment. It is not an expensive one but not worth the price at all.

Piscine fermée et non spécifiée a la reservation ( meme en cette periode post covid, les hotels suivants lors de notre sejour dans la region avaient une piscine ouverte). Clim en panne, impossible de changer de chambre.... personnel a l'accueil sympathique mais qui semble bien seul....et depourvu face a la situation. Emplacement au calme. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Etablissement par propre a l’exterieur comme a l’interieur

Personnel sans masque. Clients sans masque. Poubelles non vidées. Parking sale.

Une latte du lit simple était cassée et laissée en l'état dans la chambre. La propreté n'était pas très visible, et quelques meubles étaient cassés. Pour le reste, le petit déjeuner était correct sans plus.

Bonnes prestations, bon dîner avec un excellent service, séjour très agréable Je conseillerais cet hôtel et je reviendrais à l’occasion Mais que signifient ces allers et venues dans la salle de restaurant et vers les cuisines par des personnes munies de plateaux à servir et desservir ? Un service Uber dans cet hôtel ?

Checked in they tried to get a table in the restaurant only to be told it was fully booked. Sat in the bar with a drink then an hour later by a different member of staff was told we could get a meal. Food arrived and was cold and undercooked so sent it back only for new food to arrive and yet again part of the meal was stone cold

Hotel could not be waulted.

I don't recommend this hotel. It is very run down. It is clear that the management does not invest in upkeep (e.g., painting, functional tables and chairs, swimming pool.) Man at reception for checkout charged us for 2 breakfasts we didn't have and when I pointed this out, the guy didn't know how to credit my American Express card (I finally gave him a bank card to credit) and never acknowledged or apologized for his mistake. If you do have to stay here, I strongly suggest asking for a printout of your itemized bill so you can review it for accuracy before paying. Don't let them just read out charges to you from their screen.
