Philia Hotel

The checkin process was very smooth and fast, parking space was located right in front of the hotel, room was spacious and clean.

The information about the check-out time mentioned both on booking and in the message the hotel staff sent to us prior to our arrival is false. Instead of 12:00, everyone are required to check out at 11. I asked the hotel staff at the reception to change it, I sent them a message and I made an inquiry through booking customer support. No change has been so far. What is the point in the misinformation?

I stayed only one night, but i felt very comfortable. The room was very clean and more spacious than i thought.. The breakfast was tasty with many choices and the personnel very helpful..

It s a bit far from the city center, so you meed a car to reach there (it s not a cons, as you know it before, but i just mention it)

It is a family structure, nice design, very friendly atmosfere.

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ruime kamer.

Op een aantal plaatsen lag er behoorlijk wat stof. Iedere avond komen er 1 of 2 busladingen met Chinese toeristen. Netjes uitgedrukt zijn dit niet de meest sociale toeristen. Als je na deze groepen gaat ontbijten is er niet veel keus meer. Naar mijn mening kan het personeel dan beter wat dingen aanvullen, dit gebeurde nu niet.
