1) staff was pleasant and personable 2) the pillows were of various firmness 3) the cabinetry in the room, two carryons could be open and accessible 3) the tv on a moveable mount - we used our Roku stick

1) a baseboard tile in the bathroom was broken and just balanced in place. It appeared to have been like this for awhile because black mold was on the back. 2) I’d requested 4 additional bath towels when I booked and they weren’t there. I informed the front desk and 3 were brought to our room. 3) our room key would not work to access the pool 4) no instructions to use the safe. It was closed and locked and the printed instructions were not how to open it and then establish your code 5) one waste basket for the whole room and it was in the restroom 6) if I was a mother with a small child the tub spout was unable to used alone - the shower sprayed some and was a bit annoying.
