Heritage Inn

We love this place!

Really comfortable and cozy accommodations. The Presidential Suite was just what we needed toward the end of our trip.

Check in was very easy and I called the property beforehand to let them know we were coming in late and they were wonderful to talk to and so helpful.

Wonderful place, beautiful hotel. Thoughtful management, as shown in the breakfast area… games, movies, snacks. Felt like a comfortable home away from home. We will definitely be back.

Spent a night here while road tripping to the Petrified Forest National Park and had a lovely stay. The room we stayed is was clean and has charm. Very easy to get in and out, no hassle. Great communication from staff prior to stay. I would recommend this to a friend!

The Heritage Inn is a fabulous place to stay in Snowflake! It is within walking distance of very good eating options, and Snowflake has all the stores and conveniences that you will need for your stay. The staff is responsive and the rooms are clean and fresh!

It was mid-week so I think I may have been the only person staying at the Heritage Inn. I was a bit nervous because there is no one immediately on-site, but check-in was super easy. One very unexpected thing was that the fire alarm in my chosen suite (The Blue room) was malfunctioning and going off (very loudly) every couple of hours. I called the number and they had someone out to fix it very quickly - and when it couldn't be fixed, they immediately relocated me to the very nice "Coffee Cottage." I will say both rooms were lovely with jetted bathtubs (the Coffee Cottage has a bigger one built for two). Very clean, comfortable, though I did notice a few tiny bugs crawling around in the Blue room. Also note the Blue room (and some others) are up some rather old/steep staircases. Top marks for being responsive, polite, well-maintained, VERY pet friendly. There is also a common lounge with small snacks, ice, and a DVD collection; the rooms have smart TVs and are very cozy.

Their check in / out process is super simple. Great breakfast. Cozy rooms.
