Out of period furniture, broken furniture with do not sit signs, same breakfast every day, no staff on site at times, non-English speaking staff, rotting wood outside, mildew on deck, non-working fireplaces, no monitoring of parking so sometimes taken by other than guest, small room with no chairs.

It is an interesting building, historic and was probably an amazing mansion in its day! The rooms are a little tired but we appreciated having our own bathroom. The location is very convenient, close to the beach and center of town. My bed was comfortable. The fire pit was nice especially since the beach got windy and cold that day.

Our room was tired and dated; the small fridge made weird hissing sounds NONSTOP. We booked for the additional fold out sofa bed and were told there were linens in the closet; there weren't any sheets and when we realized it, no one was available at the front desk. The breakfast was standard Holiday Inn type fair - being an old home and looking like a B & B and costs so much we did expect a nicer breakfast than cold eggs, make your own Keurig coffee, small yogurt containers. Everything just felt a little off there. And it was NOT cheap for a very underwhelming stay. I guess you pay for beach convenience. The room was cold at night as the wall heater only heated the immediate 24" in front of it.

This property was extremely close to the beach. Downtown seaside is within walking distance and was fun to explore. I especially loved the Victorian, classic old bed and breakfast feel of the Inn.

החדר קטן וצפוף, חסר מקרר לשים את המצרכים שהיו בצידנית. אין שקעי יו אס בי, לטעינת הסלולארים, במוטלים לאורך הדרך, היה יותר מרווח והיה מיכשור לטובת האורח. המלון יפה אך לא פונקציונלי.

Mooie sfeer en één straat verwijderd van het strand.

De verwarming stond continu aan en kon volgens de staf niet uitgezet worden (wat natuurlijk onzin is). Radiatoren staan continu op heet ook al is de kraan dicht.
