Location is great

2nd time we have been here. First time was excellent with lovely happy staff that bent over backwards for you, and they all seemed like Staff that all loved their jobs & good friends with each other. This time though it was different Staff (don't know what happend to old Staff but it was only February when we first went) apart from one woman who works on reception. Last time she was lovel, happy & talkative. This time she looked miserable, not talkative, looked really tired, stressed out & much older. None of the staff were friendly. In February the hotel was clean with a lovely caring happy vibe. This time the hotel has an unhappy vibe, cleanliness has gone way down. Looks like the hotel hasn't had a good clean in months. My daughter's words, who is only 10 years old said..... The whole place needs a super powerful pressure wash & a makeover. We will not be returning, Very disappointed in how it has gone from great to bad in just a short space of time. Also the hot breakfast choices are cold, even if you are first down for breakfast you will be lucky if it is lukewarm.

Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltiger, als erwartet und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Gute Lage in Bahnhofsnähe. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war völlig in Ordnung.

Leider stand das (kleine) Fernsehgerät seitlich auf der Ablage und war nicht an die Wand montiert. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich.
