Was good stay. Noisy due to high occupancy, and proximity to the elevator. Heater did not work. Would run for 2 to 3 minutes then shut off and show and error code E3

Convenient location from my brother’s house

The property was clean

The staff had very nasty attitudes the toilets wouldn’t flush the sinks was broke when mentioned to the staff they asked me what did I want them to do about that. The halls had trash on the floor from my check in time till I check out.

Exceptional staff that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Very clean and spacious room with super comfortable beds.

Location

Unfortunately our bed sheets had not been changed and pillows need replacing or washing. Had a smell or body , dirty hair odor. Muffins and coffee in am great! They did change our room 😊

My key was failing and the receptionist took the time to go to my room and make sure I had access, the breakfast was good too

The room definitely was not cleaned before my arrival and the microwave was broke. Apparently, there was no maintenance person and the dust on the furniture and trash on the floor was never addressed although I asked them to dust and vacuum as I have severe dust allergies.
