Was convenient for the trip

A really good welcome when we first arrived with offer to get us anything we needed. Room clean but difficult to regulate the temperature to make it any cooler which was a problem. I had a cold and no tissues in box in bathroom and it wasn't possible for reception to provide any. The next day housekeeping just left dirty towels on the floor although new fresh one were provided. Breakfast on both days good and plentiful. Housekeeping standards needing to be improved -= it lets the hotel down. I needed to contact them after leaving and phone never picked up!

The bed is comfy but it doesn’t live up to the IHG standards that I’m used too, the tv had 3 Chanel’s the shower was cold, I asked the staff to add the stays to my app and they haven’t, no biscuits in the room it’s the second time I have stayed in the hope it would be better but sadly not. I ordered a kebab with a naan and it came with white bread without warning

Overall pleasant functional hotel, main issue was with breakfast where people were waiting for along time for the breakfast buffet to be topped up - no bacon or sausages on the first day

Poor customer service, mis selling the rooms and then blaming booking.com, When you book a double bed and pay for the double bed you should stand by this then you don’t this is mis selling Room was clean food was ok, I work in customer service and no where near is this place

Perfect venue for our requirements. Clean, tidy and very good value. However certain members of the hotel reception team could be more welcoming on arrival. Just got a stare as if to say what are you doing here. Doesn’t matter what level of hotel you stay at you should always make the guest feel welcome. That said I’d still com back

The worst hotel I have stayed in for 5yrs I stay away on average 300 days a year. Worst hotel with miserable staff bad service worst breakfast ever. When there was breakfast available as they don’t have the basics over the 2 day stay. Avoid at all cost will never return here again AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST

The room was spacious and clean, with Dove soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Free parking onsite. Very good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs a bit of a refurb but good value for money. Suggest they change up double beds to king size to be able to compete with Premier Inn
