Hotellin miljöö oli mukava ja kodikas. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä. Hotelli oli hyvä vastine rahalle.

Ilmalämpöpumppu lämmitti makuutilan, mutta suihkutilassa oli aika viileä.

We had a special situation here. A combination of altitude sickness and stomach issues forced us to change our overall Peru trip plans here. The staff was incredible helpful and supporting us immensely in arranging cancelation and modifications at the sister hotels, special thanks to Miss Monica and the whole team. They also provided oxygen treatment which helped immensely. Overall we stayed longer than expected and felt very well, the hotel rooms were comfy and nicely arranged.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded every expectation and was one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully appointed and perfectly captured the atmosphere and charm of a mountain resort in the Andes. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, they provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with every amenity we could have wanted. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The included breakfast was outstanding, offering a delicious variety of fresh, high quality options in the morning. We also thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the cozy lounge, which was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional and eager to help. Their excellent English speaking ability made communication effortless, and they were always happy to answer questions and ensure our stay was an enjoyable as possible. A shout out to the young bartender at the lounge on the night of May 12, 2026! Very friendly and a joy to talk to. This hotel delivers the perfect combination of comfort, service and authentic mountain charm. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Andes. You will not be disappointed.

Una notte di passaggio a Chivay davvero piacevole. Oltre alla posizione comodissima, sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dagli ambienti esterni dell'hotel, davvero curati, accoglienti e perfetti per rilassarsi. Anche l'interno e le camere erano pulitissimi. Nota di merito per la colazione, buona e sostanziosa, e per il personale squisito, sempre pronto ad aiutare con grande disponibilità. Un'esperienza generale eccellente.
