For stays of more than 2 nights, an express cleaning is carried out, without changing sheets and towels and end of stay cleaning is included. For stays of 7 to 29 nights, weekly cleaning is included with change of sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. For any reservation of more than 5 rooms or for 12 people, special conditions apply. Bachelor parties and other such parties are prohibited at this property. A security deposit of EUR 200 is requested upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund must be made within 7 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been found by the establishment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
