Atlantis Hotel

Very good location!

Every thing was so good specially the location was amazing but we had lots of problems with WYFI. They changed our room but the problem didn’t get solved. Also our first room was big and nice with a big balcony but there was huge garbage located very very close and we couldn’t use the balcony because of that bad smell.

I had a wonderful two night stay at the Hotel Atlantis. The staff are professional and kind. The buffet breakfast comes with a good variety of tasty food. The dishes that are meant to be hot were indeed the right temperature. The room I stayed in was comfortable, and the view from it was absolutely gorgeous. The outside eating area has a spectacular view as well. There are a good number of restaurants within short walking distance, and the Fira bus station is a convenient stroll away.

Great property, right at the top of Fira Santorini so it was accessible by taxi instead of having to haul luggage throughout the town. Easy check in, very helpful front desk staff. You are only steps from a lot of great restaraunts and I would recommend Naoussa which is right next door. The breakfast was adequate and overall a great hotel.

Great location at top of hill. No climbing stairs up or down the caldera to get to shops and restaurants. 2 blocks from main bus terminal. Had a very spacious room.Room could use updating but the bathroom especially. Breakfast was very good with enough choices. Very much disliked shower It was a hand held shower that was attached to a pole that at best was at stomach height. But the shower head would not stay at the top of the pole and always slid down to thigh height Thus you had to hold the shower head over top of your head with one hand and try to wash your hair and body with one hand! As well, this was a tub shower and elderly people or those with mobility issues would not be able to step over the tall tub side to use the tub or try and use a shower head you had to hold. Other guests we spoke to also said their shower head pole was way too low and the shower head continually slid even lower down the pole.

I had a nice terrace with a view.

Very accommodating staff, friendly and the property was superb.. we enjoyed our view in our balcony.

Very unique location. Our room had a balcony with sunset view. Don't bother to go anywhere else on the island to watch sunset. Nice complimentary in room amenities. Typical of the old charming European hotels, rooms were on smaller size but bright and comfortable with unusually larger bathrooms. Very well-maintained building of old-world charm and extremely clean. The entire staff nails it on all counts- exuding skills of hospitality. Fab location to boot!

This hotel is a beautiful property. The common room is so restful. The colors were calming. The staff is wonderful. Very engaging and helpful. The location is amazing. Right out the door us Old Town with great shopping and great local food. The view from our room was stunning. The view from the common area is just as beautiful highly recommend.

The view was amazing and was very close to the bus station. We saved over $80 Euro by using the local bus insead of renting a car or paying a taxi. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!
