Chisun Grand Nagano

This was my second stay here. The beds were large & comfortable. We had access to pillow options which was most welcome. The bathroom was roomy & I appreciate the grab rails for the bath/shower. Staff were lovely & helpful.

I understand the eco stance tajen by many hoteks & appreciate thus very much - we did not request our room to be cleaned or sheets changed each day - we don't do that everyday at home. We were given new towels etc each day, which we did not use as the original ones were still fine. Again, we do not change towels everyday at home. I would like to see hotels make a positive statement about sustainability - washing a new set of towels each day is not necessary, although I do note is expected by some guests.

Das Chisun Grand Nagano ist ein sehr gutes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof. Wovon man aber nicht mitbekommt. Sehr gut Schallisoliert. Ansonsten ist es sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind für japanische Verhältnisse sehr groß. Am Frühstück ist nichts zu bemängeln.

Alles okay, ausser das die Fenster nicht zu öffnen sind.

Boa localização, próximo à estação, lavanderia, instalações com bom nível de conforto.

A limpeza em geral poderia ser melhorada.

スタッフは、笑顔で迎えてくださいました。朝食は、種類も多くおいしかった。

ホテル内でも夕食をいただくことができるようになっていました。料金はやや高いと思い、外へ食事に出かけました。
