Super convenient right off the highway . Digital key nice and smooth check-in and check out. Super friendly breakfast staff in the morning and delicious food

Le lit craquait constamment

I have severe pet allergies. Although the group booked our rooms weeks ahead informing them of my severe allergies I was told the Hilton Policy was that they were a "Pet Friendly" hotel and did not allocate 1 or 2 rooms that were pet free and as such they could not guarantee a pet would not have been in the room I was assigned "but they would do their best". Unfortunately I was with a business group that booked this particular hotel so I had to stay there and "their best" left me sick, very sick and I will continue to be for days yet with the help of many drugs I will eventually recover but this is not acceptable. Humans should be given at least the same amount of consideration as pets. I don't think asking Hitlon to change their policy to allow 1 or 2 rooms to be kept "PET FREE" is asking too much. It is not like they would remain empty if someone with allergies was not showing up, lots of people show up without pets in tow. It would be great, alongside their "Pet Friendly" policy they also had a "People with Allergies" policy. There were many in our group with food intolerance (Celiac, Dairy) and they were accommodated everywhere we went. It seems people with pet allergies are less important than a dog.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Especially the head of the kitchen staff. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of options.

The check in time is later in the day and room wasn't ready at check in time which was a bit of an inconvenience.
