"Broken hotel with a good location"

The location next to the beach

The hotel room was not clean There was stench of urine in the bathroom The bathroom was broken and leaking The AC was not working properly The room looked and was damaged The bedsheet had yellow stains which smelly quilt, the pillows were equally bad The extra mattress provided was terrible.

Late check in acceptance & communication of staffs

I paid for seaview room but I have not received that, facilities inside room are clean but broken. Location wise satisfied but expected even best room for that price. I paid 2800 per night & still i received the room with semifinished warm welcome setup & decoration.
