The pool was closed and I was not informed before during or even after booking or checking in. I had to figure it out when I tried to use pool. When asked they said it stated on web sight

Good stay
This property wasn’t too far from the Vibrant Arena, we were in town for a concert. Friendly staff, I asked for extra pillows and I received them within 5 minutes. The beds were comfy.
We live in Virginia Beach but we are from the QC and every year we are in town we stay here. The price is right and it’s quiet. We have stayed there a hand full of times and never had a problem. I stayed last week alone and as a woman I felt safe and comfortable.
Incidental hold was more than the room and not explained prior to check in. Toilet handle was broken, tv in living room didnt work and there were stains on the carpet.
