Un hotel de paso no es para quedarse más de 3 días, el personal excelente

Queda en una zona industrial aunque hay centros comerciales cerca buscaría una opción más central

"Serviço péssimo que não põe o cliente em último lugar"

Pouco, a cama era confortável o suficiente. O chuveiro funcionava OK, Serviu o propósito apesar de todos os problemas que o Hotel apresentou.

A marcação que fiz no booking era para 4 quartos com 2 camas individuais cada, mas dois dos quartos tinham camas de casal. Tentaram fazer com a culpa fosse nossa, e estavam a insistir mesmo depois de eu mostrar claramente na aplicação do booking os detalhes da marcação. Disseram que conseguiriam outro quarto para o dia seguinte e aceitámos. Ao chegar ao quarto reparámos que o sofá era sofá cama já com almofadas e lençol inferior. Fui à recepção dizer que assim não seria necessário trocar de quarto e pedir um lençol para cima ou edrdão. Recusaram-se a fornecer e proibiram de usar o sofá cama que estava totalmente funcional. A banheira em vez de duche é periogosa e antiquada apesar do chuveiro em si funcionar bem. A limpeza do WC não estava muito boa e não têm piaçaba/escova de sanita o que é muito desagradável especialmente quando partilhamos o quarto com alguém. O pequeno almoço é de baixa qualidade. Já tive problemas semelhantes noutro Holiday Inn em Esapnha e vou começar a evitar a cadeia.
