Local bastante agradável e calmo. É de fácil acesso junto a locais de interesse. Atendimento e Check-in disponível mesmo depois da hora estimada de chegada. Mostraram compreensão para com o cliente. Muito bem.

Location was close to the Cercanias station, with the Abono Cercanias , one can go to and from Madrid Centro no problem. Hotel is flexible with trip change: because of flight delay, we had to arrive one day late, and we checked in without any problems. Hotel is clean and quiet. Staff is super helpful with any questions and requests
