Price does not include a 10% service charge. According to Peruvian legislation, people domiciled in Peru will be subject to payment of 18% Sales Tax (IGV) at Check-In time at our Hotels. A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. All children under 18 years of age must have an DNI or passport to be identified. Dogs with a maximum weight of 18kg are admitted with an additional cost of USD 49.00 per night per dog. Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation. Buffet breakfast is included for 2 people only. La ubicación es buena. El hotel es grande y bonito. Está bien cuidado. El personal es muy amable. Cada cosa que pedí, me lo trajeron muy rápido. Por ese lado, todo muy bien. Las personas que atendían en la barra, muy bien. Amables todos.

Esperaba mucho más de la variedad del desayuno. Para un hotel así de grande, es practicamente el mismo desayuno que encuentro en cualquier Casa Andina. Por cierto, no había granola. Tomé dos habitaciones. En la mía el regulador de la intensidad de la estufa no funcionaba. Una noche a las 3am tuve que llamar para que lo apaguen centralizadamente porque no podíamos dormir del calor. En la otra habitación, donde dormía mi hijo con la nana, nunca funcionó el calefactor. En cuanto a los vinos en copa, solo tenían una opción peruana y una argentina demasiado básica. No estaba funcionando el jacuzzi, que fue una de las cosas que nos animaba. La cena de año nuevo tenía un precio irracional para ser una cena.

"Perfect for family vacation!!"

Excelente staff, they were all extremely friendly, plesent and eager to help. The rooms are comfortable, clean and cozy. The coman área are well designed and welcoming, they have different areas, such as hammock,/relax are/ pit fire area, play area etc. The play area is lovely and my kids absolutely loved it. The hotel also provides free board games and alpaca feeding, and other paid activities, so you can easily entertain your kids. The location is good, it's just a short car ride from Urubamba town and only 20 minutes from the train station that goes to Machu Picchu. overall, highly recommended, and I wish to come back again in the future!
