DEDie Lage, das Team sowie der zuvorkommende Service. Man fühlt sich zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl. Das Abendessen sowie Frühstück sind erstklassig.

Leider sehr warm im Zimmer, die Klima Anlage war zwar an, hat aber nicht viel gebracht, der Abfluss in Bad war verstopft. Ich habe es gemeldet und Preisminderung bekommen.

DEWe stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, professional, and ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food. Throughout our stay, we felt truly welcome and comfortable. The warm atmosphere made us feel right at home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
XKDENLDEWir waren dort als Gäste für eine Hochzeit, die auch in dem Hotel stattgefunden hat und das war super komfortabel. Nah zum Schloss Neuhaus. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Defekt in unserem Zimmer wurde sofort behoben.
Man könnte mal über ein Update für die roten Teppiche nachdenken, aber andererseits sind sie sehr ikonisch :)
