O Hotel Pune

Overall a very good experience. All the staff in the hotel are friendly. Property was clean and neat. Our Stay in the property was for 2 days in December. It was full of lights and festive vibes.

The experience was very good. The staff is very friendly and the entire property is very clean. Mr. Gaurav was very helpful with the entire check in and check out process. Staff from the ground floor resturant are very polite and professional We would have a suggestion please allow smoking in the rooms as it is a pain to goto the roof every time to smoke.

Spacious and clean, all the housekeeping and reception team was welcoming and quick in service. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a fabulous stay in terms of distance to nearby places to visit. Tina from the receptionist team was very helpful

We stayed at O-Hotel with my family on Christmas Eve and spent Christmas there. It was a wonderful experience! The ambience was festive, elegant, and very welcoming. The hotel was spotless, thanks to excellent housekeeping, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff was warm, courteous, and always helpful, which made our stay even better. The food was delicious and added to the overall experience. Truly a great place to spend the holidays, highly recommend!

Warm ambience,helpful staff,good music in rooftop sky lounge ,love the pizza and the snacks good variety and taste . One staff stood out completely with his warm and friendly Nature Gaurav Tiwari, more staff could be trained to be like him .it makes a lot of difference to get a friendly atmosphere.

Everything was seamless—from the reservation process and booking to our stay. The entire experience was extremely comfortable and smooth. A special thanks to Ms. Bushra; because of her, we truly enjoyed a very comfortable stay in Pune. Mr. Gaurav also deserves appreciation for recommending excellent places to visit, which made our trip even more memorable. We genuinely had a wonderful time and sincerely hope to return again soon.

Very bad experience with staff and amenities. Wifi are chargeable and not upto mark. Washrooms having smelly and bathtub not cleaned.

Whether it was answering queries or helping with requests, she made it a point to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's ambiance is so relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
