AUGreat location. Bradley, the host was attentive and a good guy. Two pools were lovely and both had a really well equipped BBQ area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking was fine (but park in an owners’ space at your peril!!!). Gardens outside the main living area were beautiful and we had our own resident wallaby’s and birds

This place is fantastic. Everything is at your doorstep at the Roydon. Lots of great eateries, live music at the pub, the best pizzas, and larger than normal kids meals. The appointment is hugh, and clean. Great parking, and the ocean is your front garden. Love falling asleep to the crashing of the waves. There is everything you need for a fully functional kitchen along with extra touches like esky, ice bricks and picnic essentials to ensure you enjoy your stay. The beds are comfy with nice plush pillows. There are 2 swimming pools with ample seating and cover. A large bbq area equipped with oils,sauces,salt and pepper. The guy at the front desk is super friendly, efficient and informative on activities, eateries, weather etc (sorry I cant remember his nane) The kids and adults had an absolute ball. With everything being so expensive these days, its hard to find a good deal, but this little gem gives serious bang for your buck. It's an inexpensive getaway for couples and families where you have all of the comforts of home. We will definitely be back.

Nice apartment to enjoy everything Cairns has to offer! Great spot for enjoying the beach, restaurants and quiet with easy access to all the hot spots. Property is clean, well kept and the beach front properties have fabulous viewa.
USThe location was good - just across the street from the beach, with restaurants and shops near-by. The unit was large and comfortable with an adequately stocked kitchen where we were able to make some meals. Deck overlooked the yard and out to the beach. Parking was under cover and plenty of spots while we were there, although it was off-season and not fully occupied. There were also laundry facilities in the unit. They had umbrellas in the unit for our use, which was good because it rained every day we were there.
Would have liked more outlets to plug in tech items to be charged.
