朝食時のサービスが同一では無く、お絞りが直ぐ出てるお客様と全く出されて居ない客が多々あり、そのお客様が口にしてから慌てて差し出し、お詫びもなかった。ご飯が無くてでも、補充されず、やっとお客様に催促されて補充している有様だった。その間諦めてたお客様もいた。

"良いホテルだけど…"

高層階へのグレードアップ(同じ広さ、35平米)して頂き、改装後のようで綺麗で、カプセルコーヒーマシンが有った。

夕食をルームサービスで注文したが、フロントで聞いたら「簡易テーブルをお持ちします」と言われたので、安心して注文したのですが、持ってきた2人に聞いたら「それは知らない」と。 結局、1人は丸テーブルで、1名はデスクで、1名はトランク置き＋トレイを載せて食べる……間抜けな光景でした。 社員同志で打ち合わせしないのでしょうかね。 他ホテルでルームサービスした時に、こんな事無かったのでビックリです。
