剛進房就聞到煙味，應該是從空調傳來的，打開空調幾小時後就比較好 木製的冰箱櫥櫃門打開後關起來會不合 ，這種小事應該是可處理的

Absolutely horrible. Dirty hotel not worthy of the Japanese standards. The carpets smell bad, mold on the curtains, not properly clean. We are so disappointed by this hotel. We know hotel rooms are very small in Japan but these are very old and absolutely need refurbishing. The hotel manager was very understanding and provided a partial refund. Which we highly appreciated.

Rooms are a bit dated, but good location for dinners, peace memorial and 15 minutes from Hiroshima main station by public transport.

Good facilities, great staff, excellent location to anything closeby.

We first got a room on the 18th floor after an upgrade was offered. However, the whole 18th floor smelled like cigarettes although they claimed a non-smoking policy. The room also smelled like cigarettes. I complained and immediately got a new room on the 15th which was very well handled by the staff. The floor smelled much better, and the room as well. ANA Crowne really needs to deep clean the 18th floor.

Location is everything! Walk out the door and across the road and you're at the Peace Park. Around the corner 5 minutes is the main shopping and dining precinct. Club Lounge is excellent especially if you love afternoon tea. The main restaurant was very very busy at breakfast with quite a wait so eating in the Club Lounge was so much better. Mr Fukuda the Assistant Manager will look after you very well.

Like everywhere, the rooms are quite small and the bathroom cramped. Having said that, it was fine and we'd stay here again!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a Gate 1 Group Tour of Japan. Pros: Spacious room. Located close enough to Bullet Train Station, but too far to walk to. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m. Eggs made to order. Free quality toiletries are available in the lobby. Nice heated toilet seat with all the liquid amenities. Good shower. Plenty of soap/shampoo dispensers. Door to separate sleeping area from the sleeping area. Roof-top bar. Convenience store located right across the street. Walking distance to all Hiroshima sights and to major shopping area and restaurants. Cons: Located over an hour from the International airport, with a taxi ride costing in excess of $120. Need more hangars in the closet. All and all, it was a great and memorable stay. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Sehr gute Lage. Toll war, dass wir die Lounge im obersten Stock benutzen konnten.

Nach 9 Uhr morgens darf man nicht mehr zum Frühstück und Punkt 9:30 Uhr muss man den Frühstückraum verlassen.
