Los servicios adicionales fueron una sorpresa, es decir, el mat de playa, así como las batas y demás implementos del baño. El balcón estuvo perfecto.

El colchón estaba undido en una de sus partes, parece que ya está demasiado viejo y no muy bien cuidado.

"Dit hotel is geen aanrader. De staat van het gebouw, het lawaai en het comfortniveau passen niet bij wat je verwacht van"

Het personeel probeerde wel te helpen door ons een andere kamer te geven.

Het hotel is duidelijk verouderd en dringend toe aan renovatie of zelfs volledige afbraak. De kamers zijn oud, niet goed onderhouden en geven een oncomfortabel gevoel. Onze eerste kamer had een zeer slecht werkende airco, wat in Phuket echt onaanvaardbaar is. Na meerdere keren vragen kregen we uiteindelijk een upgrade, maar zelfs die kamer voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen. Daarnaast was er extreem veel lawaai van een school vlakbij, wat vroeg in de ochtend begon tot savonds laat. Dit maakte slapen onmogelijk. Na slechts één nacht hebben we besloten het hotel te verlaten, ondanks de upgrade. Natuurlijk geen geld terug gekregen.

Odada balkon yok. Gelen bayan misaifler için +500 baht istiyorlar aldılar gece çalışan biraz dengesiz misaifrimin yanında önce 500 baht sonra odaya geçin dedi Günde iki misafir getirsen 500+500 Yani her girişte 500 hesabınızı ona göre yapın sonra başka otelde kaldık misafir için para istemediler
