食事会場及び料理もおいしく、大変良かった。スタッフも、接客など大変良かったです。

設備等は、大変満足です。旅行日程では必ず空港所在地のANAのホテルを利用していますが、お風呂の底が変色しています、汚れか？気持ちが悪かった。

房間超大，高樓層視野很好，可以看到熊本城，剛好遇到日本新年，正月初一早上有提供熊本的赤酒。

房間內的東西有些需要付錢有些不用，但沒有提前告知，雖然是付的起，但還是希望能有提前說明。
