"Séjour très agréable, merci!"

Personnel très sympathique et très professionnel. A la réception comme au bar ainsi qu’au petit-déjeuner. Le lounge avec bar et canapé était parfait. Le petit-déjeuner contenait même des articles sans gluten, le top!

Les gens qui claquaient les portes à 23h, mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien.

"Sans ce problème d'électricité dans les wc le séjour aurait pu être correcte."

Bar et personnel très sympa

Arrivée 15H30. Pas de lumière dans les toilettes. Signalé de suite à la réception qui était déjà au courant du problème et l'homme d'entretien aussi. Retour à la chambre vers 19H. Le problème est toujours présent par contre l'homme d'entretien a finit son service. L'hôtel complet la réception n'a pas pu nous changer de chambre ... Le matin la personne en réception nous a offert 3 barres de chocolat en compensation.

La chambre familiale bien conçue pour un couple avec deux enfants. L emplacement au centre ville.

A notre arrivée on nous attribue une chambre qui n a pas été faite au 4ème étage puis une nouvelle chambre mais au 2ème pile en dessus du tunnel de voie ferrée. Bruits de train jusqu'à 22h30 et dès 6h pas top avec des enfants. La chambre (nouvelle) n était pas très propre. Nous avons par exemple trouvé un cure-dent! Petit déjeuner très cher (21 Euros) par adulte même pour un buffet ça reste très surfait.

Gostei bastante da localização - ao lado da estação de trem e do centro histórico; do tamanho do quarto; do café da manhã; do filtro de água nos corredores do hotel; e do restaurante do hotel, o The Craic.

Não teve nada que me incomodasse nesse hotel.

Personnel sympathique, facile de se garer sur des places de la ville tout autour de l’hôtel, proche du centre ville.

Chambre donnant sur la gare mais vraiment au dessus, les trains passent sous l’hôtel, pas mal de bruit. Chambre propre au premier visu mais quand on regarde sous le lit pour ramasser le jouet de notre enfant, un bouchon d’oreille et un médicament.. assez dangereux avec bébé et surtout ménage un peu bâclé …
