Das Personal war so herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Pool riesig, nicht tu kalt und super sauber. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig, das Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl an leckeren Optionen von Asiatisch bis Müsli & frisches Obst. Frisch gekochte Eier, Kostenlose Leih-Räder für den kurzen Trip zu 7eleven. Außerordentlich kinderfreundlich. Nachmittags kostenlos Popcorn/Eis/Zuckerwatte am Pool. Tlw. Kostenlose Pool-Spielzeuge. Auch wenn es leider auch dort die 8:00 Pool-Liegen-Handtuch-Spezialisten gab, haben wir immer ein Plätzchen an Pool oder Strand gefunden. Wir hätten uns von der ersten Buchung beihnahe wegen der Straße zwischen Hotel & Strand abhalten lassen. Die ist aber winzig und kaum befahren znd der Security-Mitarbeitende weißt einen sicher über die Straße. Das Café serviert auch am Strand. Abends auch das Restaurant. Ab und an kommt sogar ein Eis- oder Roti-TukTuk vorbei.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist grauenhaft. Aber es gibt ein Café im Resort, das mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal sehr guten Barista Kaffee macht (110 THB) - auch Soja oder Mandelmilch Optionen gibt es.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was great, very clean and spacious. One of the ladies at breakfast made my little girls capybara pancakes which made her day.

Could do with a few more sunbeds.

Frühstück ist gut. Nestlé Pulverkaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine war grottig und nicht genießbar. Individuelle Pancakes für die Kids waren super. Ansonsten eine tolle Anlage mit großen Pools. Preise im Resort waren ein bisschen zu teuer.

Some services are slow. Because of high season they should have more staff on hand.

Great family hotel with everything you need for a holiday with a toddler. Pool, play area & play room are excellent, beach is close (road is a little annoying but quiet). We stayed in a pool villa, which while relatively expensive, is good value compared to resorts around and is a great space for a small family. I can confirm the living room does have a sofa bed though its not the most comfortable. Great having 2 full size bathroom and pool /garden space was another great option for our toddler. Breakfast is great & staff are fantastic with children, especially considering they deal with them everyday. Food quality and price was fine with good western & Thai options & we didn't bother going anywhere else (5 night stay) though there are options around.

Sofa bed is not comfortable. There is a small kitchenette area but no plates or cutlery, that would be appreciated in a villa that has a large dining table & fridge. Lamps in living area would be nice option. Complimentary mini bar drinks & snacks were appreciated but more variety would be good. Ensuring Villas are cleaned while guests are at breakfast would also be appreciated - I'm being picky but they are the most expensive rooms in the hotel.

Eine tolle Anlage. Direkt am Meer mit schönen Strand. Frühstück war super und das Essen im Restaurant war auch ausgezeichnet.

Great value for spacious room. We stayed in the pool room. There are plenty of shelves so it"s convenience for family with small kids. The outside kid pool is so much fun with sliders and the water depth is only 80 cm. The breakfasst has a wide variety of choices and quite good. The only drawback is mosquitoes problem. The hotel did it best with the repellent incense in front of the room but if you are sensitive to the smell, you can tell them not to use it. The beach is clean and nice although a small road is in between. Overall, the staffs are great. The room and facilities are in good shape. The price is reasonable.
