"Great place to stay when flying into Bradley Airport"

This hotel is very close to the airport. Checking in with O'Shan at 11pm where he was prompt, courteous and welcoming. It was nice to find hot water and coffee in the lobby after a long flight. Comfortable, clean.and spacious room. We had a nice breakfast the next morning. On our return trip 10 days later, we were given the same professional treatment by Demar. He explained the free shuttle which was very helpful. I am most impressed by the honesty of the cleaning staff, as well as Demar and Randy who helped me to retrieve the camera I left behind. I am grateful for their kindness and positive attitude.

"This is an excellent airport hotel with thoughtful amenities."

Our room was enormous, comfortable, and quiet, and we really liked the separate potty room and shower room, both with sinks. It was near the airport and the shuttle was on time. Yay!

There was no “fake sugar” in the breakfast room (my husband likes Splenda). Also, we are pillow hogs and could have used another pillow (there was one extra in the closet).

Location. Friendly, respectful and professional staff. Suited our purpose. Good breakfast options. Clean.

Uncomfortable bed & sofa bed. Cold shower - it was fixed, but then took a long time for lukewarm shower.
