"Terrible pillows"

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The pillows were horrible. Hard thin and lumpy with no support I highly recommend you bring your own.

"Terrible customer service"

This location has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Hilton location. I do not recommend staying here. I stay at Hilton hotels almost exclusively but always recommend staying at the Sleep Inn in Garden City, Kansas.

This is what a Hamton should look like. Beautifully done, clean, friendly and the staff are wonderful. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. We always stay at Hamton Inns but lately they are hit and miss as far as quality. This Hampton was the best we have stayed at. We highly recommend Garden City, Ks. Hampton Inn.

Pleasant reception. Breakfast was a generous selection of options. Linens were nice. Adequate charging for devices. Two comfortable chairs in room.

Very loud vacuum cleaners. Hard water in shower. Caulking in shower shoddy. Our BIG negative was the increase in charge for the second night, a Wednesday. It was not mentioned when I made the reservation online nor when we checked in. I probably will not use booking.com again!!!!
