"Great spot if you want to be close to the beach."

Great location, easy to get to. Staff were lovely. Parking available. Room was a great size with everything you need.

Just looking a little tired. The mould in the shower needs attention. The noise of neighbours running around in the appartment above was annoying.

Location was amazing. Beautiful view. Parking good, pool heated, decent size apartment. Friendly staff. Plenty of food venues within walking distance.

Some of the apartment upkeep was disappointing (although the overall cleanliness was good). Floor tiles/grout in the kitchen/entry were filthy and a lot very loose. The window shutters opened as if they were about to fall off their hinges, and were distressed looking- not sure if that was “shabby chic” aesthetic or literally worn out! The shower floor tiles were very slippery. One of the power points was literally hanging out the wall, one lamp kept flickering, and the ceiling fan/light in the main bedroom didn’t work. The seal around the door to the apartment was loose and air kept whistling through it, at times very loudly.

"Best location at best beach and loved every minute of our stay."

The location is just perfect for access to the wonderful Scarborough Beach. Loved our balcony and view and enjoyed the new pool which was under construction last year when we also came in January. Great to have 2 bedrooms and loos and a spacious kitchen and all necessary equipment.

Did find the lighting very poor in the kitchen and living area - even the standard lamp was too weak for reading under. Also, the one air conditioner for the very large area of kitchen, living, dining was only effective if close by and the bedrooms tend to get pretty warm when no breeze present.
