Location and clean

Check in had to phone the told to go next-door. Computer to check in all People standing at the bar could read your info. Towels not in room.rooms were cold no heating

Nice little place, cosy. Dog was adorable but didn't really see much of the owner

so many stairs absolutely killed me off. We didn't stay the full length either came home on the Sunday bed wasn't that comfy, TV was green and fuzzy quite a small room

"lovely weekend"

it's lovely and clean, fantastic location. it's the 3rd time staying here and we will be back.

I had a single bed but the sheet on it was a double and it kept coming off the bed when you moved.

"Before booking this trip my daughter was adamant we stayed here, now we’re looking elsewhere for our next trip."

Location.

The property is obviously being neglected, we stayed last year in the same room and it’s obviously worse. We found half eaten toffee rock in a drawer. They took our towels while we were out on the last night, left us without new towels and left our room door unlocked. I rang the staff bell the next morning just after 9 and tried ringing, to get some towels, no answer. It could’ve been worse but it did put a dent in the trip.

"Avoid like the plague if you actually want to sleep!"

Central.

If you want to sit in your bedroom til 2.30am listening to the horrendous loud karaoke from the bar then this is the dump for you. Quiet hours: Guests must be quiet between 00:00 and 06:00. What a joke. Absolutely no response from owners. Despite many messages from us and Booking.com and a pre court action letter.
