"Super hotel!"

Bij aankomst vanuit de Everglades werden we ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen door de mannelijke receptionist. Hij legde ons van alles uit en gaf ons een warm welkom. Heel fijn want dat zie je niet zo vaak meer. Onze complimenten! De kamer was prima en ook het sofabed was prima om op te slapen. Het ontbijt was ook goed gevarieerd en je kon de hele dag koffie en thee nemen in de lobby. Heel prettig! Vlakbij heb je goede restaurants zitten zoals de Cracker Barrel en Chili's. De Walmart is ook dichtbij. Het was een prettige ervaring en een aanrader als je vanuit de Everglades komt.

"I been attending this hotel a few years now mainly in spring summer and October months and I never had an issue."

The housekeeper was very nice and the breakfast was great. 5 stars for them!

Safety concern with the metal piece sticking out of the queen bed and my friend’s kid was playing with his tablet on bed and floor and he scratched his tummy with metal piece of frame on side of the bed. We put a washcloth over it.

"Very nice over night stay on our way to the keys"

The manager at check in was amazing. We watched her handle an escalation in the most professional manor and then she gave us the best food recommendation. She was so much fun and had a lovely smile and attitude.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel um am nächsten Tag die Everglades zu besuchen, liegt direkt am Highway. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder

Zu beachten ist, dass das Hotel ca. eine halbe Stunde von Naples Beach entfernt ist.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück.

Hotel hat die Übernachtung doppelt berechnet und nur auf mehrfachen Nachdruck von booking.com zurückerstatten. Fehler können passieren aber das war bewusste Abzocke! Daher nicht empfehlenswert.
