Ontbijt was karig, er was geen yoghurt meer om met de cereals een maaltijd te verzorgen. Ook geen toast, kaas en vleeswaren beschikbaar, jammer

The bed was amazing and soft. Great night sleep

Shower pressure was very low and the left tap drips after use

Noise of traffic woke us up. Rooms could do with a bit of refurbishment

The food was excellent , the staff although pleasant and polite were like headless chickens There didnt seem to be anyone in charge.

Our room, the bathroom didnt have a blinds and the window faced houses opposite and a main road ,my wife getting out of the shower she caught a person staring at her from the house opposite, this really upset her and made her feel vulnerable, I reported it to a young lady who duly went to report It . Later in the day I asked her was the blind sorted , she replied yes it will be delivered after we left, at no point did senior management come to see us and the young inexperienced girl had no idea how to deal with this, we were so desperate i hung a throw over the window, the hot water tap also wouldn't turn off, this was a special birthday treat for my wife, she is distraught at what happened, later we checked previous reviews and the week before a previous guest had the same room with the same problems, I am incredulous at the the thought we booked into the same room without the repairs being done, in my mind this hotel does not understand their obligation to keep guests safe, especially from voyeurism,

Well-organised hotel and restaurant.

It lacked the personal touch with restricted Reception hours but, evidently, management were on the end of a phone.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was varied with multiple options on a hot food menu, and help yourself to cereal etc. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for us as we were hot air ballooning early the next morning and it was a good mid-point between the different possible locations.

I was in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor which had slanted ceilings due to the roof, it also didn't have a blind for the window in the bathroom which felt very exposing when coming out of the shower.

Ease of arrival. Breakfast good. Bed comfortable.

No blind or curtain in the bathroom and dripping hot tap in the sink.
