Owner was very welcoming, our room was very clean and tidy, room was cleaned daily. Bonus was that had a car parking area,would definitely stay there again. breakfast if you wanted at extra cost.

Good value hotel near town

There were a lot of stairs to get the attic room. I don't think this would be a problem to most people but I would think anyone with a mobility issues may have had a problem.

Coastal waters is located a short walk from the town and harbour. The owner was incredibly helpful. He upgraded our room for us the day before our stay. We arrived in Torquay 5 hours before check in time and he allowed us to collect the parking permit for a carpark around the corner as soon as we arrived, held our luggage and messaged us when our room was ready a couple of hours before check in. The room, and the whole hotel was incredibly clean, we were very impressed. The room was a good size with a comfortable double bed, a tv, mini fridge-stocked with water, plenty of hangars and drawers for our things, and the bathroom was also spotless. The price was very very reasonable! We were really pleased with our stay and have already booked a room for a 3 night stay in the summer.

There wasn’t a single thing to complain about!

The whole place was spotlessly clean. The service was excellent from start to finish!! The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay. Great location.
