Great location right by the marina. Clean room, plenty of towels and bedsheets were changed daily it seemed. Comfy bed. Host welcoming, stayed in contact when I was delayed on the train down and very helpful at showing how the keys worked. I was down for football, it was a very good place to call base for 2 days.

No issues for me. There are a lot of stairs, not a problem for me but if that’s an issue for you, this is not the place for you.

"Lovely hotel"

Nice spacious room, comfortable bed. Tea and coffee suppied along with a fridge. Friendly staff who helped us park our car and carried some luggage. We didn't try breakfast but we will think about including it next time. The location was great, close to the harbour and town.

"FANTASTIC"

FANTASTIC This was our second stay at the coastal waters and shall be returning again very soon. We were very kindly upgraded with our room which was Amazing so comfortable ( has our all the rooms) we were blessed with a balcony. The hotel is very spotless, warm and comfortable. Raj and his lovely wife can't do enough to help they are beautiful people. Nice peaceful hotel. Thank you so much.
