Only there one night.Arived 10am and collected key,arrived back 9pm ,that really went the extra mile

Stayed here one night and the room was cosy and comfortable. Easy to reach from city centre. Host was friendly. Nice choice of breakfast. Only thing was the toilet was very nosy when you flush it.

A very friendly, comfy bnb with good breakfast menu. There are tea/coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits, bottle water and toiletries which is a lovely touch. The car park is not the best being small with quite narrow spaces and as others have said the driveway definitely needs attention, being narrow and with brick & stone walls either side & hedging that would be better if it were well cut back. If you have a small car this would not present any problem. Overall this is a good place to stay in this area.

This was my 2nd vist here, Ian is most accommodating and will to help wherever possible. My first night I was at the rear of the building and unfortunately the hotel next door had a party going(can happen to anyone) this visit I was at the front and an very comfortable room and good breakfast served early at 0630 which meant I actually had something before I went to work. VANS beware I drove a Mercedes sprinter short wheelbase and you can get this up the drive with care, long wheel base, don't even think about it I will be coming back if I am working in the area again Pete

Amazing B&B experience for hubby and I. Enjoyed the breakfasts and conversations with Iain and Liz. Room 4 is lovely with comfortable wrought iron bed indeed. Noise from London Road is to be considered during the day hours, but we adjusted quickly. Quaint outside garden where we enjoyed birthday meal surrounded by luscious greenery and foliage. Purchased Arriva bus pass for the week for Sittingbourne and bus stop only steps from the Beaumont. Highly recommended!
