Please note that this property cannot accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties or single-sex groups of 2 or more guests. Any damage, either intentional or unintentional, unless reported to the hotel management immediately, will be charged in full to the card used to make the booking. Unfortunately, single rooms are restricted to midweek reservations only, since all singles are actually small double rooms and are rented in advance as double rooms during the weekend. A full menu is available at the bar 12 hours a day. No food or alcoholic drinks bought outside the hotel are allowed on the premises. Guest not included on the booking form are not permitted in the rooms. You will be asked to leave if unauthorized guests are brought to the rooms. Please note that the parking is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit may be required at the property.

Staff and location are very good. Breakfast was good selection and very nice.

Parking is limited and tight. Noisy couple in next room but that's not a reflection on the hotel 😕

The rooms were clean and well presented, the hosts were lovely and the hotel itself was in a great location with lovely view of the sea front. Breakfast was delicious.

Can't fault it.

Ideally located between central and south pier. Host very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine and poached eggs spot on. Able to park car off the road

The staff was nice and friendly, happy to help you out with anything we needed, nice clean accommodation 👌🏽good breakfast 😋 plenty of snacks in the room, tea,coffee, milk, sugar, Biscuits etc , nice comfortable lounge and Bar area, infront of the Tram 🚊 👍🏾

I walk with walking sticks👩🏾‍🦯so going up and down steps wasn't great 😕 but I managed, otherwise anything was great 👍🏾 😃
