Everything was more than previous stays at same hotel. Kelly is so friendly and amazing at what she does daily to maintain the very high standard that guests receive

The fact the owner opened our door while we were inside it with a do not disturb sign on the door to show the room to somebody else. Thankfully, I was able to quickly close the door on her as I wasn't long out of the shower, so I was only partially dressed. I'm not impressed at all with that. Whether we were in our room or not, our room was occupied, and she should not be showing it to anyone else. We didn't order breakfast, but in an email prior to our arrival, she had said she would need a weeks notice if we wanted breakfast. I'm not sure why you need a weeks notice for an English breakfast. We arrived early as I said we would be as we were just travelling on from another holiday in Brixham, but just wanted to leave the car. The owner was friendly but appeared to be having a staffing issue when we arrived as she said she had 7 rooms to clean herself.

The Rooms were lovely every where was clean so well thought of breakfast was lovely and a great price Kelly is amazing and the other staff so welcoming from the door opening would 100% be staying again we never got to use the pool as we were busy so beautiful just sitting out side felt like we were abroad worth every penny

An exceptional hotel/BNB with an amazing host. The room was immaculate. The heated pool was an added bonus - which is rare for a BnB. Kelly the host was highly welcoming, she honestly made our weekend 🙌🏽.
