Super Lage, perfekter Spa Bereich und wunderschöner Aussenpool

Aus der Dusche in unserer Suite kam so heißes Wasser, dass man dort nicht duschen konnte. Man konnte die Dus je nicht auf kalt stellen. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation an der Rezeption ist nichts passiert. Uns wurde ein Rabatt zugesagt, der letztlich nicht gewährt wurde

"Endroit à ne pas manquer"

Nous devenons des habitués du lieu et comme à chaque fois nous y retournons avec plaisir car tout est fait pour notre bien être la qualité des services le confort de la chambre même plus petite que d'habitude mais avec tout ce qu'il faut, le spa, le dîner, la gentillesse du personnel, super massage avec Emma, en résumé que du bon.

L'accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée. La chambre était spacieuse, impeccable et bien équipée. Le personnel de service était attentif et très aimable. L'emplacement est idéal et les services proposés sont de bonne qualité. Merci d'accepter les chiens au petit-déjeuner, restaurant et au bar lounge. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Un seul petit point à améliorer : les linguines aux gambas, dont l'assaisonnement pourrait être davantage travaillé pour mettre en valeur les ingrédients 😉

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Suite. Lage sowie Ausstattung des Hotels sind toll. Bei schönem Wetter ist der Outdoor-Wellness-Bereich zu empfehlen. Die kräftigen Massagedüsen im Pool sind hervorzuheben, da man damit wirklich massiert wird. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Frühstück: Die Zubereitung von frischem Omelette/Spiegelei wurde nur am Wochenende angeboten. Dies erwarte ich in einem hochpreisigen Hotel jedoch an jedem Wochentag. Das Wasser für die Zubereitung von Tee, Kaffee oder Ricard/Pastis ist nicht geeignet, da es einen unangenehmen Eigengeschmack hat. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist der Indoor-Wellnessbereich leider schnell überfüllt, da nicht ausreichend Liegen vorhanden sind. Planschende Kinder wünsche ich mir in einem solchen Wellness-SPA nicht. Barbereich: Knabbereien, die üblicherweise zu einem Getränk gereicht werden, muss man sich an einer Art Selbstbedienungsbuffet selber servieren, sofern man davon überhaupt Kenntnis hat. Ein Hinweis darauf fehlte - sowohl am Tisch, auf der Karte als auch vom Kellner selber. Auch über Nachmittagssnacks wurden wir nicht informiert. In ähnlichen hochpreisigen Wellnesshotels wird man mit einem Getränk begrüßt. Vor Ankunft wurde man aufgefordert, das Check-In zu machen. Der Link funktionierte nicht und man vertrödelt unnötige Lebenszeit! Bis zur Perfektion ist hier noch einiges zu tun ...
