good location walkable to shops and restaurants

no one in office except when checked in, nothing saying where the ice room was, we didn't get any until day 2. other tenants very loud late in the night

Great location, right across the street from the beach and short 5 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. Clean and quiet.

Shops and see wall were within walking distance of the hotel.

Room was very outdated with very old wall heater. Incomplete repair on walls with random screws, etc. Couldn't get the TV to work. Spots on floor seemed a little damp. From marks on the bottom of bathroom door it seemed to have flooded at some point. Bed was uncomfortable and leaned down at the top. Parking was difficult since there was limited space in the back of the building where our room was.

I went there with my dog for the quiet. My dog is terrified of fireworks, so we stayed for 3 days, and every night was quiet. For that we were grateful. And the bed was comfortable.

The motel is definitely aging - old furniture covered in slipcovers. Bathroom floor tiles were cracked. Walls and ceiling in bathroom show signs of mold, even tho they tried to cover it with paint. Parking slots were dangerous - if you happened to drive over the small bumper at the end of each slot, you would be going down a very steep embankment. Manager was grumpy the first day I arrived. On the 3rd day of my stay, when I arrived my assigned parking spot was taken by someone else. Manager said he would try to find out who parked there, but that never happened.
