It was a nice Property in general.

Please be aware of Samantha at the Front Desk! She asked me what type of room I wanted just to send me to the incorrect room type!! That was the last room they had!! She told me I had no option but to stay because they had already charged me! It was very inconvenient for me and my family especially because I have a toddler. But the fact it.. it is not what I wanted and she basically took my money and made me stay! On top of that she tried to play me like I was a pizza delivery person in front of guests! And we have had several conversations that day. Idk if this was a racist joke.. but this was very unacceptable! I came here to review the hotel for My business. Ive never felt so played, humiliated, and disrespected. But overall it was a nice hotel and Kayla (The front desk supervisor) did help me out
