Staff was great at front desk and room was comfy!

There was no way to turn the fan on in my room. The wifi did not work, passcode may have been wrong they gave me. You can hear people outside of the room and in their rooms (coughing, dog barking), even flushing toilets. From across the hall. Doors aren't great for keeping sound out.

I had booked my room back in April or March. Requested a king for them to tell me they don’t have any when I arrived. The girl at the front desk was very nice but couldn’t do anything to help.

Desk staff was fantastic. Friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Great gym and parking was never an issue. Breakfast was so-so, but everything else was great.
