房间很干净窗外的view很棒！早餐超级丰盛，服务也特别好，酒店的工作人员都会微笑打招呼～我定了3晚但是分成了两个订单，酒店非常贴心的帮我升级了房间这样我就不用搬来搬去换房间，酒店还提供接送站服务，会按照提供的车次时间准时到达，真的超级棒！

酒店位置很棒，去火车站很方便，服务超级无敌好，入住和退房酒店都有接送火车站，不用带着大行李箱走路真的棒极了！房间的view一级棒，早餐丰盛，水果好好吃！客房打扫的特别干净～我在施皮茨的最后一天因为要赶火车很早就要出发，本来不在酒店接驳车的服务时间，酒店也贴心的安排了送站，司机师傅准时到达并提前把我们的行李搬到了车上，非常暖心，我会推荐所有人入住这家酒店！

▫️风景绝佳：推窗就是图恩湖和施皮茨城堡，旁边还有人家养小鹿。 ▫️设施提醒：不提供拖鞋和牙刷牙膏，需自备，床头无插座，只能书桌/洗漱台充电。但是！阳台可以晾衣服，晴天一晚上就干了，建议带小瓶洗衣液，衣柜里有衣架，也可以自带。 ▫️早餐惊艳：餐厅窗外风景如画，每天早餐时刻都是享受。目前住了三家酒店，这里的早餐最丰富，最重要的是有超级新鲜的水果（其他酒店 包括超市的切果也都不新鲜），水果品质很好每一种都好好吃！煎蛋正常水平，欧姆雷特不错，可自选食材（桌上有菜单） ▫️接送站服务：爬过施皮茨的坡才知道送站有多重要！火车站去酒店是缓坡下坡，推行李不累，但是如果自己推行李去火车站那就遭老罪咯。

he hotel was excellent in every aspect — the room, location, service, and breakfast were all outstanding. I would especially like to thank a male staff member who kindly assisted my daughter when her room experienced an air-conditioning problem at around 2:00 PM. He promptly arranged a room change and handled the situation professionally and efficiently. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but please extend my sincere appreciation and thanks to him. His helpfulness and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.
