Friendly staff always happy to help nothing was too much

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück hatte alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer schon recht veraltet aber sauber und das ist das Wichtigste.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, the room was basic but served its purpose

Bathroom was very small, shower was dripping all night , very small tv in bedroom up high over door not ideal , room in general quite small wouldn't recommend for a couples stay or longer than a night . The pillows were brutally small with no filling. Should have a chair beside the vanity unit to use mirror to do hair and make up , the chair provided was very heavy. Breakfast was terrible they should really just not do it at all the chairs in dining room very low and uncomfortable , poor quality tea coffee etc ..

Very unclean. For £190 a night I’d have thought the apartment would have been in better condition. One tap in the kitchen area didn’t work, the bathroom was extremely dirty and could clearly see the floor hadn’t been washed since previous guests. Cobwebs above head when in bed, skylight window didn’t close fully therefore could hear and feel the draft coming in, room was cold

Great hospitality, free parking is great.

I arrived at the hotel on Friday 22nd as booked. The receptionist was not very friendly with me and as I started asking her questions about room alternatives and different in price, she raised her voice and stated that I did not qualify to stay on the ground floor. I explained to her that there must have been a communication breakdown between hotel and myself, as I had actually requested to booked in a ground floor room. The hotel responded to me stating that I did not qualify on the ground floor. The unfortunate part of this is, I had not seen this email hence did not ask my questions in response to this. So this is what I wanted to clarify with the lady and to pay any extras to qualify on the ground floor as I have a knee problem. The lady was so adamant with her response and so I asked her if she was saying this or treating me this way, as I am a lady of colour. She then turned around and stated that I had accused her of being racist. She then told me she did not want me at the hotel and told me to leave. I asked to speak with her manager but she said she was not giving me her manager's telephone. I then called the local police as I did not have anywhere to go and the lady told me to leave without a refund. She told me that the hotel did not owe me anything, as I did not book directly with them. Police reference number MP-20260522-1083. The police advised me that this was a civil matter and they could not do anything about it. So, I left the hotel and made alternative arrangements without a refund, considering I had paid for 3 nights in total.
