Hotel Arma Court

Location was ok & Staff was very Helpful.

I didn't like anything at all about this hotel. I liked when i walked down the steps and left.

Manager wanted more money for the room, i repeatedly stated to him that i was not paying him anymore as i agreed and booked already online for the room at the price quoted by booking.com. He demanded that i show him the email stating the quoted amount, i did he then said no, no the the booking company has made a mistake and that i owed him more money. At this point i stated that i had had enough and that i was not paying anymore and things got heated and he told me alright i could have the room for the agreed price in the email. The room was not clean, there was rubbish and dirt all over the floor. The bed linen had grubby marks all over it as well as holes. The bathroom vanity had used bits of green soap around it, white toothpaste stuck to the basin, soap bits stuck to the floor. the toilet roll had about 10 sheets of toilet paper only on it. The toilet had bits of faeces stuck to the inside of the bowl. The toilet brush had chunks of faeces on it. The internet kept dropping out for long periods of time. It was quite clear that the room had not been cleaned.

Food is good.. room was not superclean but it was okay, the bathroom was cleaned deligently, working AC, hot water is available. Ok for one night stay.. staff was good.

No towels or toiletries offered, room is only 6*8 ft big. The door was jamming while opening and closing. I booked it on agoda for 1890 i was asked to pay 2010 rs i dont know why.
