Tony is the most fabulous host. The accommodation is superbly maintained, clean and tidy. We'll be back.

The accommodation is terrific and a great central stop for Aintree. The Grand National !

We were greeted warmly on our arrival, The owner Tony supplied us with local information and leaflets so that we could make the most of our weekend, the decor was exceptional, spotless in all areas, the bed was really comfortable and we slept well both nights, it made a welcome change to have fresh milk and bottled water in a fridge in the bedroom, there was a varied choice for breakfast and he was thoughtful enough to check if we needed anything more, there was extra supplies of coffee,tea etc in the dining room if guests required more, nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend this b & b and are planning a return visit.

There wasn't anything negative about our stay.

Very friendly and helpful host. The property was also in a very convenient position with both high street aond water front just around the corner

Tony was lovely, called me the day before to check what time we were expecting to arrive in Southport and accommodated an earlier check in for us. Lovely room, nice and clean, great breakfast and very helpful with local information. Local to shops and not far from Train station.
