Recently reopened after a brilliant refurbishment, my expectations were totally exceeded. Room very thought out and comfortable, food excellent, staff charming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The hotel is in process of major remodelling/refurbishment. It will be a really great hotel on completion of the remaining structural / cosmetic work. The spa area is partially finished but the pool and jacuzzi were nice as was the bar area, reception and proximity to the slopes. The hotel also benefits from a new ‘on site’ ski hire shop/ski locker room. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Hotel is next to the connecting ski bus and despite being at the top of the village is close to good restaurants if you don’t want to eat in the hotel.

Our room was clearly on the ‘ to be done ‘ list the balcony balustrade was missing or rotten, but we understand the remodelling/refurbishment programme. The real negative was a dangerous broken patio door on the corridor outside the spa, with sharpe/ jagged edges which was not attended to or temporarily boarded over despite children passing or using the table football nearby.

Location great. Ski equipment and service great. Benjamin in the rental dept great.

The hot tub was never hot. The eggs at breakfast were lumpy and never changed day to day. The breakfast needs to be more varied through the week. Management often said No before being able to accommodate requests. Don't need that! Renovation was incomplete and they should have cleaned up the outdoor area, which looked like a garbage dump.
