God frokost. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte.

Sengetøy var ikke skiftet (urent). Det lå masse hår på putene og laken . Ekkel svettelukt på den ene siden av senga. De skiftet sengetøyet etter at vi hadde klaget på dette. Det kom kloakk lukt fra aircondition og vi skrudde av den om natta av den grunn. Det ble varmt på rommet.

Très bel hôtel. Bien situé. Calme. Personnel très à l’écoute. Un grand merci au directeur et à son équipe pour la gestion d’un problème de santé. Efficacité , réactivité ont permis l’intervention d’un médecin très rapidement. Poursuite du séjour sans encombre.

Great location. 15 minute walk to the main square or 5 mins in a taxi. Friendly staff from start to finish. Fatima (housekeeper) was honestly amazing. She would be one of the reasons I came back. Every day she greated us with a smile (and fresh towels) spent time to see if we needed anything. When my other half was ill she was helpful in telling us what to ask for at the pharmacy. The breakfast was nice and we eat at the hotel 2 nights and both the international Buffett and the traditional Moroccan food were both superb. We got upgraded to the Dellarosa Suite which was a lovely surprise Can’t wait to come back.
