We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. A special thank you to Fouad, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed talking with him. He gave us great recommendations on places to visit in Marrakech and shared interesting insights about Moroccan culture, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech.

The stuff are super hyper friendly, the rooms are bugs and comfortable, they have gluten free options and other diets options. I make a good friends with the stuff members. Zineb, Sanae, Mohammed , Youssef … As a Tour Leader my team and group we super satisfied with the whole experience.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. In particular, Zineb in guest relations was especially helpful. The breakfast and dinner menus were very good. It would be nice to have more vegetarian options. However, the facility itself needs to be improved a lot. We had to change our room because the initial one we were given had a closet that would not open giving us no access to the safe. The door to the shower would not close, in addition the shower had mold on it. When we bought this up to the reception desk, the manager on duty – Kamal, was very helpful in not only helping us change our room, but also upgraded the room we stayed at.
